Our quality ingredients include freshly baked bread right in the shop. We cut the finest farm-fresh vegetables every day and keep them cool and crisp. Our ingredients aren’t out on display all day or open to the public behind a short glass. We do not microwave, steam, pre-cook, pre-heat, or dehydrate at our sub shop. No shortcuts are necessary for quality food.
We only use sirloin steak and all-white breast meat chicken that is slowly marinated in our stores. Quality means no flap steak or beef knuckles; no pre-sliced, preserved meats or vegetables; no pre-cooked steak or chicken; no dehydrated onions or gassed tomatoes; and no tuna “helper” or turkey roll.

We offer an array of appealing dishes, including well-known and popular subs to multiple options from the grill, giant deli subs, salads, and numerous side options. Our Hot Bombs include The Steak Bomb and The Chicken Bomb. For Grilled and Hot Favorites, we offer Hot Pastrami, Meatball, Grilled Veggie, Cheeseburger, Grilled Kielbasa, Grilled Italian, and Maple Bacon Chicken. In the Deli Classics section, we have The Italian, Triple Deli Classic, Roast Beef, Tuna, Ham N’ Cheese, Turkey Breast, and Garden Veggie.
We support the development of regional menu items that celebrate the cities that enjoy our subs and are unique to their location. Jon Smith Subs works with our regional teams to customize our menus.
